I am sure you at one point in your life have dealt with mental health issues!
When I found this company, I knew it was a good fit! I myself along with family members have been dealing with issues forever! I was sad that I had to have a breakdown before anyone in my family told me that they too were dealing with issues… and it made me think…. Why don’t we talk about it more?!
I grew up in a “suck it up” mentality. I am going to say I don’t disagree with my upbringing. It made me tough and to do more than I thought I could do. However, it didn’t let me understand why things were happening. I may have done more by only understanding!
Now I am making it my mission to help others! By just wearing a shirt, others can know that I think they are lovable and worthy! That also know I am here to listen, without judgement!
